Over the past 30 years, Ani Difranco has released over 20 albums, started her own successful record label charging at the forefront of folk rock, activism and spoken word poetry to her extensive and deeply loyal fans, and beyond. This event will pay tribute to her impressive career and repertoire by enlisting many of your favourite local musicians to play Ani's material in this special open-air concert under the magical Rockwood Pavilion in Sechelt. Bring your friends to dive into this concert to remember!
Musicans include Sky Parallel, Kaia Nielsen (Bits of String), Anna Lumiere (Mimosa), Graham Ord (Anagram), Simon Hocking (Rakish Angles), Jenny Hocking-Groves (Sweet Cascadia), Baili Clarke, Barry Taylor (Roots Roundup), Keely Halward (Monty Montego), and Simon Paradis as our "virtual" musical guest.
